Individual Reflections

 Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog. I haven't written a blog in a long time😁😁. So, today I will write a blog about the journey of reading and listening, during this semester in class Integrated Communicative Course. let's start!

In this semester, I think learning to read and listen is boring and difficult. because should read too quickly, as in the previous class. Previously I take extensive reading classes. I also think learning to read and listen to this using a different way, apparently, it's the same. still using er central and English reader. Previously I did not understand clearly it. but by paying attention from the beginning of the lecturer's explanation, I feel it easy and understandable to read using er central and English reader. but still the same I prefer reading to listening. because I find it difficult to hear English stories, you can check how much I reading or listening in Er central.

But this semester, I feel I enjoy reading at er central. I choose the story that I like. It makes me more interested in reading. I read slowly so I can understand better. In this ICC class, the target is one reading story and one listening story per day. But I'm always inconsistent, I can do that but only a few days. If one day I don't read I will read more the next day. Because when I read on Er Central and English Reader, I can only use a laptop. Maybe on my laptop I feel relaxed and enjoy reading. Actually, I can read when I finish the class. But my eyes are tired to stare at the laptop, making it no longer interested in reading on the laptop. I can only listen to music on my cellphone and watch short films on my cellphone. I listen to music through youtube makes it easy for me to learn to listen.

After this class, I will learn to be consistent and I keep reading and listening to a lot so that I can increase my vocabulary and improve my listening.
